If one ate the food from five grains:
Blessed are You, Adonai our God, King of the universe for the food and for the sustenance

If one drank wine or grape juice:
​Blessed are You, Adonai our God, King of the universe for the vine and for the fruit of grapevine

If one ate grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives or dates:
​Blessed are You, Adonai our God, King of the universe for the trees and for the fruit of the trees

And  for the produce of the field and for the fine, fertile and grate Land, that You have given our fathers as inheritance to eat of its crop and to be sated with its goodness. Be merciful Adonai our God on Israel, your people, and on Jerusalem your city and on the mount Zion, the place of Your glory, and on the Altar and on your Temple. And reconstruct Jerusalem the Holy City speedily in our days and bring us there and gladden us with its rebuilding and we will bless You for it in holiness and purity
